Casa Adelante at 1515 South Van Ness — SAN FRANCISCO, CA

1515 South Van Ness is the ground-up construction of a nine-story 195,290 square foot, mixed-use, affordable housing development that will deliver 120 rental apartment units. The ground floor will include a community room, co-working spaces, laundry room, computer labs, and daycare facility. Parking will also be included for 120 bicycles. There will also be a terrace and laundry room on the roof.

Guzman Construction Group is in a joint venture partnership with Marinship Development Interest as the general contracting team.
