2205 Mission Street is the ground-up construction of a 66,070 square foot, nine-story, mixed-use residential development with 64 condominium units - 32 of which will be sold below market rate to San Francisco based teachers. The project includes 2,500 square feet of community serving space on the ground floor and parking for 64 bicycles.

2205 Mission is a joint venture partnership between Guzman Construction Group and Marinship Development Interest.
