600 7th Street is the ground-up construction of an eight story, mixed-use, affordable housing development with 221 rental units across 185,760 square feet. The project includes 4,220 square feet of commercial retail space, resident supportive space and 151 bicycle parking spaces.

600 7th Street is a joint venture partnership between Guzman Construction Group and Suffolk.
