GREAT HIGHWAY, NORIEGA, & RANDOLPH — SAN FRANCISCO, CA

Guzman Construction Group provided general contractor services for The Mission Housing Development Corporation at three separate public housing sites in San Francisco - Great Highway (16 public housing townhomes), Noriega (8 public housing apartments), and Randolph (16 public housing townhomes).

The rehabilitation projects were multi-story, wood buildings, phased, renovations. The project scope included: Soft demo, some new foundations and soil improvements, structural framing, new HVAC, new electrical, new insulation, new finishes, drywall and paint.
