The project consists of two, three-story multifamily residential buildings. Each building has 15 affordable apartment units for faculty and staff comprising of one, two, and three bedroom units. The project also includes landscaping, walkways, covered parking spaces for 70 cars, outdoor BBQ areas with outdoor kitchens.
